Not a problem, you can call your order in to our Customer Support Team and know that your order is entered securely and without worry. Just have what items you're ordering ready and let us take care of the rest!
How do I know if my order was successful?
After clicking the "Submit" button at the end of checkout, you will be directed to a page that will provide you with your invoice summary and order number. You'll also receive an order confirmation email (to the email you provided during checkout) letting you know that we've received the order. Any questions, simply give our Customer Support Team a call!
Can I make changes or cancel my order after it's been submitted?
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible, so we have automated our order process to meet this goal. For that reason, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been submitted. We encourage you to review your entire order before confirming it, but if a mistake is made, we need you to receive the order, then contact us for return instructions (if applicable). We cannot refund shipping and handling charges once the order has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. If you need to add items to your order, we can accommodate this request, but additional shipping charges may apply if the items have to ship separately. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Pricing is listed on the item page and is updated when necessary, however, in some instances we can offer further discount on bulk orders. What types of payment are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods: Major Credit and Bank Cards (VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX), PayPal, Check, Money Order, and Bank Wire Transfer. Credit Cards, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders can be accepted online, but please contact us regarding Bank Wire Transfers.
